The following tools have been provided by the Energy Saving Trust to visualise and interact with residential building data in the South West. All data is current as on June 2021.
EPC data This database covers all properties in the region that have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), approximately 53% of all dwellings. This data is publicly accessible under the Open Government License.
PEAT Assessments PEAT (Portfolio Energy Analysis Tool) is a tool developed by the Energy Saving Trust to assess the retrofit measures and costs associated with improving SAP ratings in dwellings. This analysis has been undertaken on a subset of the Home Analytics dataset given above.
Under our data licencing agreement, Home Analytics, PEAT, and a version of the EPC database allowing data exports are only accessible to public sector employees. To register for access to these datasets, please follow the link below.
